Our participant enrolment form is hosted by Jotform, a third-party form provider — this is the one form on the site that reaches our team directly. What you submit there is handled per Jotform's own privacy and security practices in addition to ours. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete anything you've submitted at any time by emailing info@lumikeimed.com. We do not share it with clinical trial sponsors or anyone else without your explicit, separate consent.
These features currently save data only in your own browser's local storage — nothing you type into them is transmitted to us or to any other visitor. That means: no one else can see a community question you post, an RSVP doesn't register with an event host, and a trial listing or support request doesn't reach our team automatically. If you want us to actually see something you've submitted through one of these, please also email info@lumikeimed.com. You can clear this locally-saved data at any time using the "Clear my saved data" link in the footer of any page.
